Fall Colors

I love this time of year!!! My most favorite seasons are spring and Fall Because I like to see the changing colors. Everywhere I go I notice the brilliant colors. I saw several trees that were a bright orange and yellow color it looked almost florescent. Since we wont be in Kansas next year....I really wanted to get some pictures of the changes so that I can cherish the memory. Back In Arizona we don't get this kind of weather, What very little green we have stays green year round. Here are some of my favorites.

The leaves on our bush started falling so fast and I was worried I wouldn't get the picture
I am gonna miss our river birch

First Tithing

Kenidi paid her very first tithing this past Sunday, I decided as part of school on friday that we would count up all her money. We separated all the pennies, nickles, dimes, quarters, and dollar bills. I had her counting by 5's 10's and 20's by the end of it. She had a total of Fifty five dollars, I asked her if she thought it would be a good idea to keep all of that money to herself, and she answered me with a big "NO"! She was so excited when she handed her little envelope to the Bishop. It's good for her to learn at a young age that the money we earn is partly heavenly fathers. It was quite amazing because latter that same day, we had a surprise visit from brother and sister Conrady ( A nice couple in our ward) . They came into our home with three large boxes of food! They had brought us pancake mix, maple syrup, Breakfast Cereal, Gold Fish, Ground beef, Two gallons of milk, Four loaves of bread, Peanut butter & Jelly, Cheese, Eggs, Minute Rice, Hot Dogs, Corn dogs, Macaroni, Butter & Lunch meat!! I was so thankful I couldn't help but cry, I am so thankful for our ward It truly is an extension of our family. It was a great opportunity to show kenidi the blessings of paying tithing, I explained to her however that this sort of thing doesn't always happen, just so she doesn't have expectations of it happening again.

Truly Blessed

Last month on September the 22nd we found out that we would be having a new addition to the family I was very shocked, all our children have come without our planning, I kinda like it that way though because they are sent to us on heavenly fathers terms. I have refrained from telling a lot of people since I am still not that far along I always worry about the possibility of miscarriage, I have been so overwhelmed lately which has also made me wonder if everything is alright. It will be reassuring once I finally have my first checkup and can listen to the heartbeat. Things have been a little different this time around I can't take my vitamins at night for some reason I have been getting sick more in the evening, for the first few weeks I could take them right before bed just fine, but suddenly that all changed. Every time I throw up my sweet husband is always by my side rubbing my back, and telling me it will be alright. Adam is such a wonderful Husband and father he has been making dinner for me since he knows I have been sick in the evenings, and the other night he could see that I wasn't doing so good, he told me to go to bed and he would get the kids ready for bed, I couldn't sleep I just laid there and listened to Adam reading book after book, Say prayers and sing songs to the kids. I love to watch him parent our children. All I can say is that I am truly blessed, I don't feel worthy of what I have been given but I am so thankful for the many blessing that my heavenly father has granted to me!

So Hilarious

Last week I made Chicken and rice casserolse, with peas ( It's a family favorite)! I can't remember If I got him out of the high chair or if Adam did, I guess it's not that important but whoever did get him out must not have wipped his face very well or they would have seen this pea stuck in his nose!!!! I couldn't believe it, I didn't know what it was at first but when I looked closer there was no mistaking it. Thank heavens It wasn't lodged any deeper!

The love birds get hitched

Marianne got married this past week! She is now Marianne Clement. I am so happy that she has found someone who has the same values that she does, she has always said that she wants to serve a mission and he is right on board with that! I believe that the love they have for one another is a reflecition of heavenly fathers love for them. At first I was unsure about Bob seeing as how he was a complete stranger, but after praying and fasting, I felt comforted. They decided to have the wedding at our house. It really turned out quite beautiful, Sylvia came and did a wonderful job with the wedding arches. Noel, Karalee, Holly, and kristy all came over to help with the decorations, Kristy was so sweet and mowed my lawn for me. We thought we would have the wedding outside but after being out there for a little while we noticed a blanket of cloudes rolling in from the north. I thought maybe they would just roll through, but sure enough within a few minutes we felt little drops of rain, at that point we decided to move inside. There were definately moments of frustration not knowing what marianne had envisioned for the whole thing! Everything ended up working out though . It was so much fun documenting the progress of things. I love, love , love Adam's family!! I have so much fun with them! Kenidi was one of the flower girls, (when It was mentioned that Marianne was getting married she perked right up and said "can I be the flower girl"!) She was the flower girl at my sister Shanna's wedding, and my brother Shem's as well, so she knew just what to do. Marianne was glowing I have never seen her so happy in my life Bob truly brings out something special in her After the wedding we cleaned everything up and chated for a little while, I couldn't stay up too late though. The sisters only stayed for a couple days, I was sad to see them all go!!

Those darn clouds

All of that hard work for nothing!

The beautiful bride to be, Noel did

such a great job on her hair and makeup!
